GENDER EQUALITY PLAN

The long-term collaboration between IBMC, INEB and IPATIMUP - the three founding institutes of i3S - encompasses joint projects, co-supervision of PhD students, sharing of the same buiding, large equipment and employment of research staff under coordinated policies. Therefore, Ipatimup, IBMC and INEB share the same vision regarding equality gender policies and have drew up a common Gender Equality Plan.
All figures presented in the plan are the result of aggregating the figures for each of the founding institutes of i3S and i3S itself.
